Programs Grounded in Grassroots Evidence
Shantha Jeeva Jyothi undertakes focused, direct community interventions. Rather than broad, speculative initiatives, our work is organized into five core pillars where we have verified operational experience, collaborative institutional partnerships, and documentary proof.
Leprosy Elimination & Community-Based Rehabilitation
Beginning with the allocation of 39 municipal wards in Bengaluru under the National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) and the handover of an unutilized Health Center building by the Bangalore City Corporation, SJJ has conducted door-to-door case detection, clinical care, and supervised Multi-Drug Therapy (MDT), curing over 3,150 persons of the disease.

Preventive & Curative Health, Mother & Child Care, and W.H.O. Research
Rooted in empirical public health principles, SJJ engaged with the Bangalore City Corporation and the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) on Action Research studying social determinants of Healthy Urbanization. - Mother & Child Care (1,800 Annual Beneficiaries): Regular ante-natal and post-natal health monitoring, immunization linkages, and maternal wellness drives.
